Finch Fox will attempt to remain inside the scheduled delivery window as best as possible, but weather conditions and unexpected delays may occur.

Please provide the most accurate contact information available to insure that the delivery personnel can communicate with you the evening prior to as well as the day of delivery.

Please take the precaution of measuring rooms, doors, hallways, stairways, and any sharp turns to guarantee your product will fit. If the delivery personnel are unable to deliver product due to confined spaces, your delivery fee will be forfeit for non-fitting.

Delivery personnel must have a clear way to the room in which the product will be placed to insure a safe and damage-free delivery. Please be prepared by removing any protruding wall hangings or accent pieces that may pose difficulties. Finch Fox will not move any existing furniture or electronics.

To protect wood, tile or carpet please lay rugs, blankets or cardboard down for the delivery personnel. If the furniture is to be placed on wooden floors, please place pieces of cloth or felt down under legs or casters to protect your floors. Finch Fox is not responsible for damage to floors or cleaning carpets.

Finch Fox will inspect all of your merchandise with you to verify that it has been placed in your possession in good condition. Finch Fox will only provide exchanges for damage or manufacturer defect. Unless you have purchased the Finch Fox offered 3 year Protection Plan, all services and warranty work will be performed at the Distribution Center. Finch Fox is not responsible for transportation of merchandise
